Hey hey Reader👋🏽 Happy New Year 🥂 I wasn’t totally sure what to write in this email. Even though I’ve been planning for the new year for a while, coming back to this list felt heavier than I expected. But transparency has always mattered to me, so here we are. My word for 2026 is RISK. Not reckless risk. Not burnout risk. But the kind of risk that comes from trusting myself a little more and letting my curiosity lead. It also means letting some things evolve...including how I show up in my work. I’m slowly pivoting away from The Retire Happy Club as a single, central project. That chapter taught me so much, and I’m grateful for it. But what I’m not giving up is building income, experimenting with ideas, and creating a life that feels both sustainable and exciting. Here’s what I’m bringing into 2026 with me:• Learning Python (for real this time 😆) At the heart of all of this is the same thing it’s always been: learning, building, and sharing the journey as I go. Before I go... what’s one thing you’re not giving up this year, even if it doesn’t fit neatly into a box? I’d genuinely love to hear. Just hit reply. Wishing you a gentle, brave start to the year, |
